1981 Camaro built by Zeeker Performance

1981 Camaro with full round tube chassis built by Zeeker Performance. Strut front end, 4 link in rear with anti-roll, Ford 9 inch with 4.86 gears and 35 spline Strange axles, discs on all 4 corners, new GY slicks have never seen the first burnout. Full electronics, Dedenbear CC-3, overhead panel, 7AL-2. Recording tach and EGT, gas primer system (car is setup for alky), oil accumulator, 4 gal. rear cell with BG-400 pump, new radiator, Deist chute, wheelie bars.

Powerglide tranny has all the good BTE components, including 1.80 straight cuts, vasco input shaft, 8 clutch high gear drum, roller tail shaft and governor support, dual ring servo, sportsman brake and deep pan.

Motor is 496 setup on Alky, Rupert 1150 with Superbowls. Brodix BB-2X heads given the royal treatment and setup by Curtis Boggs. I have over $4800 just in the heads. Titan oil pump with Jeff Johnson custom pan with ball option. Mk. IV block, Eagle rotating assembly balanced to .09 grams. Motor has never been sprayed and has about 15 1/8th mile passes since refresh. Curtis also refreshed the heads when the motor was done. Includes vacuum pump and alternator.

Race ready, car weighs just under 2600 lbs. with driver and runs 5.470 at 125 and change in the 1/8th. Chassis cert is out but I garrantee it will re-cert IHRA 8.50. I just don't have the time to race anymore is the only reason I'm selling. I will sell rolling for $15,000 or complete for $23,000. The car has awesome tin work and is a steal at this price. Some of the pics were taken before the anti-roll was installed. The car launches straight and level and totes the fronts quite a ways out.
